Here's our story:"Gabriele and Giuseppina were in Asheville (NC), wandering through the city one morning when they stumbled upon a charming cafe serving cafe and beignets. Inspired by the experience, they came up with the idea of creating a place where people could enjoy a variety of exceptional coffees and beignets — the signature treat of New Orleans. And that's how the tradition of coffee and beignets made its way to Miami."
